Karen directed the consumer business of this Telco through a €150 million digital transformation.
She led 20+ team of subject-matter experts to define and deliver the ‘to be’ outcome across products, digital, retail, marketing, and brand.
Karen was accountable for programme governance and decision-making. The result was that all customers were migrated to the new systems without major disruption, and the operator continued to trade successfully and maintained no.1 for NPS.

Following the merger of two operators to form a new brand, Karen led a transformation of customer strategy and experience for 11 million customers.
She re-engineered customer engagement, loyalty, sales, and marketing with an emphasis on digital and based on a detailed understanding of the customer lifecycle.
This led to improvements in NPS, an increase in revenue, and a strategic partnership with a global technology company.
