STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
All good strategy starts with diagnosis. ​

We first diagnose the problems a business faces through discovery, research, and consultation. Depending on the goals, what are the barriers to grow/ scale/ exit/ transform?

We then create the right strategy to address the diagnosis.​​​ This means that we develop a strategy that meets each organisation's specific needs.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
​The strategic plan is the end result of the strategy process. ​

The plan includes the precise combination of initiatives, resources, KPIs & timeframes to effectively deliver the strategy.

Note: we would usually work with an organisation's finance director / lead on the financial plan for the strategy.
STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION
Strategy is only effective if it is implemented.
​
We work with leaders & their teams to implement the strategy. This can include planning, change management, and governance.
​
It can also mean 'rolling up our sleeves' and doing the work that needs to be done.
