She spent 15 years’ in senior leadership positions at Orange, EE, Vodafone and CarTrawler in roles focused on strategy, innovation, transformation, and growth. In her 10+ years as a business and board advisor, she has developed, planned, and implemented strategies for many organisations.

Having worked on both sides of the table, Karen has a strong perspective on business challenges and how to address them. She helps her clients to cut through complexity in order to see clearly and make informed decisions. Importantly, she also blends her strategic thinking with practical execution.​​

Karen has an MBA, BSc. in Engineering, Post-Grad Diploma in Strategic Program Management, professional qualifications in Strategy, Marketing, and Brand.

 

She is a board member and non-executive director of Shelbourne Football Club where she leads on women's football growth and development on behalf of the board.
